Can the wings hold the weight of multiple pairs of jeans? Perhaps 3 pairs per wing? Thanks!

Yes you can put multiple pairs of jeans on the wings. I can put 4 pair of my husbands on it I load every inch of space on my Minky and love it !

I saw this product is made of metal. Any issues with it rusting over time because of the wet clothing? Thanks!

None so far, after several months. Metal is coated.

Description says 56" when open; it also says multi-positional arms. Can the arms be positioned so that it will fit in standard size stall shower?

There is a wire from the base that hooks into the arms at each level of the horizontal wires- so the arms can be almost vertical or completely parallel to the floor. I can't speak specifically to if it would fit in a shower, though.

Is this stainless steel? I do not want this to rust and stain my clothes/floor.
