Great sounding headphone/dac. Highly recommended.
Brilliant little dac/headphone amp. Drives my Sennheisser HD650 and HD800S with plenty of oomph.Powered by USB input and with lo-hi gain settings and fixed o/p to feed to a preamp. Sound is excellent, full, good bass and nice detail. A bargain imo.

Good Little Cheap Amp/DAC
Seems a well built little unit and got it for £84 in the black Friday sale. Powered via the usb so no need for a separate power supply and will run fine from a smartphone/ipad - can't really tell any difference in sound if running from a laptop so smartphone is my preferred choice. Definitely makes a difference in sound quality - open sound stage and quite detailed.. Using a Marantz PM7001 Amp and B&W 865 S2 speakers being fed Amazon HD/UHD so only a modest system but very happy and a noticeable upgrade over the LDAC bluetooth Dac I was using.

Amazing
I initially got interested in a DAC as I upgraded my PC and the sound chip on my motherboard was junk (well done Gigabyte), I enjoy listening to music through headphones and recently picked up a pair of Hi-X15s. Most advice suggested a headphone amp, so I decided on the DX1 as it was well reviewed and modestly priced and fulfilled my need for a DAC and an amp. What a bargain and what great advice (thank you internet). Everything sounds so great its amazing. The ONLY problem I have now is some of my music sources are shown to be of questionable quality and the DX1 reveals that quickly. Highly recommended. I'll update if I run into any issues but so far this is a great purchase.
