Q: Will this apply over a latex bald cap?

Yes , we used it on a latex bald cap. Fantastic paint

Q: Does the white crack on the face ?

It does especially if you apply it with a sponge an build up the colour, it's not rediculous obvious though, the pigment is bold, but cracking is expected with water based face paints

Q: Do you mix these with water?

Yes, you only need a bit of water for the paint to work. For thicker coats of the colour use less water :)

Q: Does this paint come off when sweating

To be honest I didn't sweat when wearing it but I can imagine it would slightly as it easily comes off when you wash with water
