Best MCT oil I've tried so now I only get this one. I use it to supplement my keto diet - stir a tsp into my morning coffee to give me a kick to start the day and that's all I need as I've been keto for many years now. If I ever get out of ketosis (like a holiday or hospital stay where I can't eat keto for a week or two) I use this 3x a day to boost ketones while I get back on track and I don't get many of the 'keto flu' symptoms like you would if you had to start keto again from scratch without this. I also use green tea x a day when I need a ketone boost and that helps too. Staying hydrated is also important. But yeah, 100% love this - great size, lasts ages, great quality, zero taste or smell, if you're starting out you might get a few stomach cramps the first few days but that will likely pass away quickly, I had no side effects at all tbh, brilliant value for money!

So my review is completely objective and one from my own experience of taking this oil every day for 6 months. My review and personal experience!!!! I cant rate this highly enough as a customer. I originally bought this to take on a whim for the short term whilst iam on the keto diet and to get into ketosis. I can honestly say hand on heart, since the first day of trying and taking this I have continued to take this every day and have noticed a phenomenal difference from day 1 of taking this. I have been on this C8 MCT Oil for the last 6 months. It has not only helped me to lose nearly 2 stone as part of staying in ketosis and the keto diet, but it has helped me physically and mentally. I have alot more energy in the day. Alot more !!!!!!!! And I notice a massive difference if I dont take the MCT oil. To a detrimental effect in that I struggle to get through the day and have alot less energy. Before this I was completely bedridden with servere pain and chronic fatigue syndrome, however I now carry out my day to day activities with ease and iam up and about like any other person. It has also helped me with my mood iam much much happier and I have better mental clarity. To the point I have better focus and concentration and have gone back to study. It has been life changing... I usually take it in the morning within a fat keto coffee to start my day to boost my energy and to set me up for the day, but like noted above you can also use this to help with mental clarity, concentration and focus as well as improve sports performance. Quality product and I am noticing the difference after only 4 days. 6 weeks is when you really notice it!

I've been using this to blend into bulletproof coffee, as part of my morning routine. I have to say, mixed with coffee & unsalted butter, the result is very tasty indeed. The oil itself is clear and has a very slight coconut flavour. Periodically, I reduce carbohydrates in my diet as a way of dropping a few pounds and my morning mug of bulletproof has replaced my morning meal, tiding me over until lunchtime. Combining this with stopping drinking alcohol through October and, I've dropped half a stone in just over a week (this is without exercising). I have to say, for the record that I do follow a fitness regimen, usually. However, I've been busy at work and have just returned from an extended vacation, which impacted my gym attendance and combined with the usual holiday excesses, did result in me piling a few pounds on. I usually eat carbs an hour or so before a gym session, but this morning did not. After a month off the gym and without carbs, I didn't find this morning's 2 hour gym session as much of a struggle as I expected, so maybe the whole "BPC" thing isn't just a load of hocus pocus! The bottle comes with a measuring cup (like the one supplied with medicines), to help you measure consistent amounts. A cup of BPC uses between 10 & 20ml per serving. There are suggestions online that MCT oil can cause stomach upsets during initial use, and that you should start low and work your way up, however I upped the dosages quite quickly and haven't suffered any discomfort or side effects. Yes, I'm mindful that I'm taking on a whole load of extra fat into my diet, and whilst I can see that I'm losing weight on the inside, I have no idea what this is doing to the linings of my arteries, but in the short term at least I feel great and have noticed the difference in a short space of time. Like I mentioned earlier, I've stopped drinking alcohol and have cut down on carbs in my diet, so this must be factored into my weight loss too. Is it worth a try? Hell yes! And this was the best value for money MCT oil that I could find at the time .

This product is by far the best supplementation I have used yet to this day. I eat a keto/carnivore diet and had tried mct oil once before and it had destroyed my stomach. I also can not handle much butter or other oils so I was a little apprehensive. I started off as suggested with 1tsp on the first day. Within half hour max I was absolutely buzzing with energy and felt more alert and alive than I had in a long long time. Coincidentally I had a lot of work on during this week and could not gwt my meals in ubtil the evening. Well NO PROBLEM with this MCT oil around! I was literally more energetic and productive than all the normies eating their neals and snacks every 3 hrs to keep themselves going. The reason I say bet supplementation I have ever used is first of all based on the almost instant sensation of that amazing feeling of energy and awakeness but I should also add, taste is a very mild coconut oil taste, super easy to take(I literally chuck a tsp full in my mouth and continue with my water or coffee), and of course the fact that it has given me no stomach issues what so ever. In fact.. may not be related but just before I started taking this I DID have some loose bowel issues but since the day I have taken this I have not had anymore loose bowels; however this may not he credited to the MCT oil ( I suspected my tummy was disagreeing with ghee so I'd stoped taking that around the same time). I also must say Ketosource looks like a great company and I may be their new biggest fan. I am following on Instagram and via the website for all the goodness. I can not wait to try their other products and this one is now an absolute staple in my daily life. Thank you Ketosource for bringing this amazing product into my life 💓

This did not work for me the way I hoped. I followed the instructions carefully and gradually upped the dose from 5 ml to 10 ml to 15 ml, no more than once a day (to see how I coped with that), but after I got up to 15 ml once a day, I started reacting very badly to it - severe upset stomach and stomach cramps, light headedness and nearly blacking out, palpitations, and diarrhea. It also didn't do anything to stave off hunger - I had it an hour before meals, as recommended, but ended up being just as hungry as usual. It made me very jittery and anxious, so I guess this is not for me. I already follow a healthy low carb diet, so I guess I'm better off sticking to natural, whole foods rather than looking for additional dietary aids. Perhaps this works well for others, but it didn't work for me. Customer support from Olivia was excellent, though, although I never got a response from Damien regarding issues I was having with the app on my phone and the computer. The taste of the oil itself is fine, it doesn't taste like anything and I had no problems swallowing it plain.

This is my first time trying Ketosource Pure C8 MCT Oil, and so far, I’m really impressed! The quality feels premium, and I love that it’s 100% coconut-sourced and organic.
