Ikea 301.841.73 Holmo Floor Lamp, Metal, Beige, 46-Inch

Needed a lamp or the spare room, but not something over priced that we will barely use anyway. For £11 I gave this a go - turned up next day, took 5 minutes to assemble and looks great. Fits nicely under our shelves, next to the bed, and gives a good amount of light with a 10W LED Bulb (60W equivalent) without blocking out the light by some lamps. Overall a good lamp at outstanding value, I thought the quality would be much lower, but it looks great, feels sturdy (although we have it in the corner so it doesn't get knocked a lot anyway) and lights up the room fine!

I needed a lamp to stand in my passage that I could switch on easily and that wouldn't take up much room. This lamp is perfect for that. It is not very robust but gives off a lovely light with a warm glow if you get a bulb which offers that. Costs little, easy to put together and looks great when lit up.

A simple nice lamp! I bought 3 of them during the years, cheap and lovely. The light is pretty warm and it fits everywhere. Very decent for the price and never had a problem or broke.

This is one of those lamps that makes you think of all the million things that can go wrong and, thus, persuade you out of buying it. It's a very light paper shade on a very narrow upright stand with a very tempting foot-switch (that you're meant to tap with your toe, but try telling that to any child!). However, I bought it for my upstairs landing and have really loved it ever since we first switched it on. The paper shade gives a lovely, soft, diffuse light (though still easily bright enough for climbing stairs, even with a low-power bulb) and was very easy to fit, turning out to be far more robust than anticipated. There's a nifty little movable fixing mechanism to hold the shade in place and keep it straight and rigid. The lamp takes a single E27 (the small Edison screw) bulb - I've got an 11w energy saver in mind and it's more than bright enough to light my staircase and upper landing brightly. And it's lovely and narrow, so can fit into all manner of small gaps and nooks to give a surprising amount of lovely, soft light. The base is reassuringly heavy and fixes easily into the stem of the lamp which is easily assembled. All my fears about finger-holes in the paper, the switch breaking instantly (my heavy-footed child!) and the stem being flimsy have not proven out in the slightest. In fact, I'm pondering buying more of these or other rooms around the house.

This is a fantastic lamp. The price went up and I waited for it to go back down to about £12 and it is well worth the money. It’s probably worth the £20 it went up to, to be honest. Definitely recommend!

It’s a lovely lamp and great value, but unfortunately mine arrived with the top pin of the plug broken and floating around in the box.

This Ikea floor lamp is absolutely spot on for the money and it’s definitely worth £12 it’s really easy to assemble it takes about 2 mins and for something so light and made of mostly paper it’s quite sturdy too it looks great up both on and off and is exactly what I was looking for you will need to get a (E27) bulb separately as one is not included but other than that it’s good to go straight out of the box it’s well packaged and fast dispatch and delivery with prime I highly recommend

You can get this nice little lamp from Ikea for a little cheaper but their p&p doubled the price. So when I saw it on Amazon, it was a no-brainer. It's a great lamp, easy to assemble and works perfectly. I particularly like the foot switch and it fits well with the rest of the decor in the living room. I like it so much, I may get another one in the near future.

I will be direct and forward and just say this to start -- You got to buy this!!! Excellent, excellent lamp from IKEA. Don't let the fact that it's cover is made of rice-paper turn you away -- it is high quality and it is just a style necessary to produce the nice soft, textured color. This lamp is very well-made and very, very well-thought out in design. The parts all all precise and well-machined and looks it like it is going to last a long time. Even comes with a high-quality floor switch. Arrived from Amazon nicely packed into a neat, small box; and easy to install -- took me about less than 8 minutes to set this up. Contrary to the seller's answer in the Q&A section above, this lamp also DOES accept A19 sized light bulbs with plenty of room left on the bulb's sides, especially if your bulb is LED since that would get only warm and not hot to burn the cover . The bulb base (the part where you screw it into the socket is E26 size. I used my Philips Hue LED color bulb with A19 shape and E26 base in this lamp. IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here, please check out my photograph of this lamp with the Hue LED bulb. Best lamp I ever purchased. And for this high quality and excellent design at this very low price? Are you kidding me? You got to buy this right away! Note that in the second photograph, this lamp is placed next to three other lamps for comparison, including two Philips lamp on the right. All four lamps are using Philips Hue Color LED A19-E26 bulbs. I will give you a price breakdown for value comparison, starting from left to right in the second photo: (1) This IKEA lamp -- $20 (2) Some desk lamp I bought from a boutique high-end lights shop -- about $130 (3) Philips Wellness Table Lamp -- $124.99 (4) Philips Wellner Table Lamp -- $124.99 Now, looking at that second photo, you tell me which lamp has the best value? This one of course! Granted, the Philips Wellner and Wellness lamps both came with a Philips Hue _White_ bulb which costs about $40 each (so those two lamps actually costs only about $85 each. But still, the value-for-money winner is clearly this IKEA lamp. I am so happy with this lamp! Very, very highly recommended.

Très facile à monter. Il manquait juste l'adaptateur pour la prise. Sinon très bon achat. À avoir absolument dans son salon.

Für knapp 16,- wollte ich mir den Spaß mal gönnen und schauen was das gute Stück kann. Ergebnis hat mich umgehauen. Sieht schick aus, wertige Haptik, ich bin voll zufrieden. Birne ist nicht dabei, was logisch ist. Das Verbindungskabel ist locker 1,5m lang, da hat jemand mitgedacht, danke. Alles in allem eine tolle Lampe.

genial para iluminacion en el salon, es una lampara con luz media, discreta y esta nice.. es muy comoda para moverla. esta bien .-
