The most you would need to drizzle over your yoghurt or ice cream is a level tablespoon so for me a serving is more like 26-39 cals which is still so much less that any other "sugar-free" product. I know for myself that often when I'm craving a sweet treat I squeeze some of my favourite Sweet Freedom onto a spoon and I just enjoy it and again because it's so flavoursome you do not need much at all. I 100% recommend all of the products, the Gingerbread tastes just like gingerbread cake.
