Having suffered with symptoms of leaky gut for years, I read that I should be taking L-Glutamine to help repair some of the damage. I can already feel a difference after a few weeks of taking these. My problem was that my leaky gut had caused an autoimmune response and I was experiencing lots of food sensitivities. Particularly to gluten, which now I’m able to eat in small amounts. This, coupled with daily kefir is really making a difference. I always chose Solgar for my supplements because I know that I can trust them and that they are a good quality. With the cheaper alternatives I worry about the contents. I’ll be buying more and continuing to use them to heal my gut

I got these to help with c section recovery, it helps with gut function and the immune system. Great product, arrived on time and I believe it really helps with recovery.

You don't notice the effects of the tablets when you are on them but I did notice a difference when I was not taking them. I felt quite energised and I wasn't struggling so much with those last reps in the gym whilst taking them regularly. Overall good product!

This, and a new probiotic were started together and one or both have definitely helped. Well worth trying

Arrived on time, but without any boxes or instructions. They were just in plastic bags, so I'm not sure if it's a genuine product. It was packed in a huge cardboard envelope, so there would have been enough space.

I am on medication which gives me sugar cravings and I did some Googling and found out these are supposed to reduce sugar cravings, I didn’t want to try the powder as taking a tablet is much easier, I took four to five or these a day in the morning and they did stop me craving sugar as much as I did before. Easy to swallow will buy again
