Q: Does this come with its own set of pins? My current pins are for use with a metal band only and won't be strong enough to take the weight of the watch

This strap does not come with pins.As the strap slots through your pin and wraps under the watch,you've got the strap doubled behind your watch which gives strength to the strap. When you fit it the watch is not touching your wrist the strap is.unless your pins are bent or broke they should be ok.my son had a metal strap on his watch, changed it to one of these straps. Hope this helps .

Yep why not I attached mine to a similar make and model as a dw watch.

I am not certain I understood your question, however you must keep in mind that there are 3 rectangular metal rings (5x25 mm) that protrude from the profile of the strap and that are part of the strap itself, so I do not think that they will make it comfortable to wear under your metal strap. You can see the rings in the picture. Hope this is of some help.

Q: Will this fit the casio g-shock gw-2310?

I looked up the official replacement strap and it is 16mm so I presume a 20 or 22mm strap is too wide.
