Good quality bottle. Small enough not to be difficult to hold. I have problems with my hands which makes it difficult to hold wide items. The handle on this bottle was perfect. Lightweight when full. Provided enough water for a 45 min run. Opening a little stiff so I run with it open and it didn’t leak at all I guess it will loosen with use. Overall happy with my purchase.

It's a nice compact bottle, feels comfy to hold whilst running and at 350ml is perfect for short runs. However, the mouth piece is extremely tight to pull up, so much so that I find it impossible to open by hand and can only use my teeth (which really isn't easy when you're running, I've banged myself in the face a few times!). I've had many pull up tops before but this one is just way too stiff and after a couple of months of struggling with it, I've ordered a new non return value bottle instead. It's a shame because the size of this bottle is perfect for parkrun! If you've got a good bite and strong teeth then this bottle would be fine!

Is little

I wanted something easy to carry, not a round bottle - this is very easy to carry, probably also for people with smaller hands than me too as the the handle part is quite slim.I wanted 200-300 ml, not a full half litre or 750ml - that's too much to carry, I just wanted something to deliver a few sips every now and again as running in summer can give a dry throat.The cap was initially hard to pull up but it's got easier after a few uses. It doesn't leak, the screw top is firm and easy to clean.Something I'm very happy to recommend !

I used a couple of these for casual running (around 5k) and they worked ok - at first. They are easy to hold and run with and i can hold both in one hand if need be. They hold enough (350ml) for 5k with a recovery walk, which is normally about a mile. The niggle that became a major problem is the drinking nozzle/valve is very, very stiff - it gets stuck down and stiffer with use. After drinking i also needed to push it down with some force otherwise it would leak. I also managed to stain one of them with orange squash so it discoloured. With continued use the nozzle became so stiff i had to use considerable force to move it - with sweaty hands - forget it. Overall i would not recommend them - I’ve moved onto silicone nozzle bottles.
