Is there a wall dispenser for cling film 400x345metre roll?

not that I know of, although two things-it is a heavy roll so you would need something strong and possibly wall plugs. It does come out of its box and the reel on which the cling film is attached has a sort of cross in the middle, so I think you could attach it to the wall, but you might have to design something. Is it for catering? If so, it is surely more hygenic to keep it in the box inside a drawer or on top of a surface in the box, as it protects unused cling film. There is a nice neat dispenser on the outside. I would recommend it as its good quality. If you want preperforated cling film, M&S sell it. What an obsessive response, but I hope it helps!

I have used it in an oven to line aluminium loaf tins when cooking chicken liver parfait, and I have not had a problem yet, although it is cooked at 130 degrees C, but may not work if used at extremely high temperatures.
