Directions
Apply appropriate amount onto entire skin, avoiding eyes area. Leave mask on for 15 - 20 minutes before going to sleep. Clean face as per normal the next morning with facial cleanser, then toner.

Amazing for use as a moisturizer
My skin is oily to normal (oily t-zone).Overall:-Really hydrating and leaves a shiny "finish" on your face-The product is a mask but is fine to use as a moisturizer in my experience (preferably nightly due to the aforementioned "finish")-Feels very refreshing on the skin-Easy to apply - small amounts spread very far-The scent is great-Lasts a long timeI've bought two pots of this stuff so far and I love it. The product description suggests using it only a few times a week as a sleeping mask, but to be honest, I've been using it as a nightly moisturizer for months with no negative effects on my skin (your results may vary obviously, this is just my experience). Despite using it nightly this product has gone so far for me - you only need a small amount as the gel spreads really far and it's so hydrating that using too much is just a waste.Some downsides: the product is expensive but it's worth it. It's about the same price as lots of other popular moisturizers but much better quality. It's also fragranced which is a shame, especially as my skin is somewhat sensitive, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on me - just consider this before spending a lot of money. Other than that, there's really nothing bad to say about this product.

I LOVE this product. The texture is really quite difficult to describe- a bouncy, water gel sort of consistency. It has a very delicate spa sort of scent that I really enjoy- not at all strong or chemically overpowering. I use it twice a week at the end of my skincare routine- after serums and actives and in the place of my usual nighttime moisturiser. I spread a fairly thick layer all over my face, much thicker than I would my normal moisturiser. It takes a few minutes to "set" and feels slightly sticky, but it isn't unpleasant. Although I can feel it on my face, it doesn't smear all over my pillows, which is a bonus!After using this, I wake up to skin that feels so smooth, supple and hydrated. I've been using this twice a week for 3 months or so and still have at least a month's worth left, so it is good value for money and I will definitely repurchase once I'm out. The only drawback as far as I'm concerned is that it comes in jar packaging which isn't great for preserving ingredients- I'd much prefer a tube.

Came as advertised, and next day (prime user)Good size, the jar was full (see photo) which was great as I know some products can come half full! Comes with a little spatula and wee booklet.A little goes a long way with this. Have used it once, it absorbed into the skin quickly, it's a nice consistency for putting on. My skin is combination, but this worked overnight, my skin was smoother than usual. I had no reactions or issues either. Love it already

Fantastic.
Great value, feels luxurious and really works, fantastic for winter ravaged, hormonal skin that needs a delicious boost. Have been using it every second night, over retinol and/or acids and it's very nurturing, but still light and easy to wear, no pillow residue. Treat yo' self!

Disappointment
Have a feeling this maybe fake? Read lots of positive reviews about it, but was an utter disappointment. Very sticky consistency, normal skin feels even more dehydrated after application.

Fake product
Fake product - purchased this product when visiting Korea and the USA before but when ordered from Amazon the seal was undone, consistency was thick and product burned my skin. Looks like they’re opening the product packaging and refilling it with cheaper mosturiser (smelled a lot like the Garnier Moisture bomb....) Buyer beware.

Genuine?
I love Laneige, and would ordinarily give this 5 stars, but I'm not sure this isn't a fake. I've bought this product from other websites direct from Korea and this purchase didn't seem quite the same. I know many Korean beauty companies update their formulas each year (which can account for some differences), but here is what I noticed: The lid of the tub is quite loose (it doesn't screw on firmly), the scent is milder than I was expecting, the colour of the cream is paler than ususal and the texture isn't as gel-like (it's more slick). Maybe I'm being paranoid because I normally order from other places. I used the mask last night and my skin did look instantly better and I did look much fresher in the morning, so I guess it is working as normal. Just something to watch out for so I'm going to order another one from elsewhere for comparison.

Is it worth it?
It feel nice and luxurious when I put it on my face but does it actually do much? I’m on accutane at the moment so it may be that my skin is just too dry but I expected a little more moisture. I also noticed a subtle burning sensation so I’ve decided not to use it anymore. I do quite like it though, I think I’ll come back to it when my skin isn’t as sensitive.
