It's brilliant! Just rub on with kitchen roll and all dirt is removed. Then I briefly wipe with glass cleaner to remove the residue of cream and the hob looks flawless. **Q: i have bought this product but no instruction leaflet included in the box. where can i get one since it seems with amazon i cannot contact the seller** A: It is on the reverse of the label - peel the flap. Basically it says put a couple of drops on a damp cloth or kitchen paper and be careful about using it anywhere near stainless steel. **Q: Does it remove scratches from the induction hob?** A: It's a cleaner, not a scratch remover. The operative thing with things made with exotic expensive materials like your hob is to not to damage it in the first place, Ours has got a network of fine scratches over the coils from rough based pots and pans, spills, and boil overs. The Bosch cleaner comes out only once or twice a year, it's only the second bottle in 10 years or so. The rest of the time, a non abrasive sponge plus what ever non corrosive or abrasive cleaner's on cheap will do, though, Co-op window cleaner with vinegar seems to work with out doing any harm. I thought I'd ruined my Siemens ceramic glass hob and this did the job of restoring it to its original brilliance. I'd only had my hob for a few weeks, when I cleaned it with Ecover Ultraclean, this is their highly alkaline degreaser for professional kitchens. ORDINARILY, the Ecover Ultraclean does a great job if it's well diluted (as per their own instructions) OR wiped immediately if used neat. But I only had a tiny bit left, so I put that on (neat) and left it for about 15 minutes on some very tough grease stains. The ecover took the oil off BUT left a cloudy hazing in the places it had sat on. I was so gutted! I tried spraying vinegar on it, rubbing lemon (thinking this would offset the alkali) but nothing worked. I saw this product recommended in a Siemens forum so thought I'd give it a go - though baulked initially at the price. BUT, this worked - took off all the hazing / cloudiness and spotting the degreaser had left behind!!! Plus cleaned it without streaking. It looks like you only need a tiny bit as well, so hoping this bottle lasts a while. But TBH, I'm ok with the price as I have my nice brilliant hob back! *** Edited to add: I've used this over a year now and it's as good as ever.
