Can I use this on ordinary cow's milk to make it lactose free?

Yes. I normally buy Biocare's Lactase Enzyme and they give 5 drops per pint as a guideline. 5 of their drops contain 1075 units of lactase whereas this Colief one claims to have 4,500 per gram. The label says 4 drops is 180mg so 5 drops would be 225mg and thus contain about 1112 units - around the same as the Biocare one. I followed their dosage instructions and it worked fine for me.

how do toy administer this? It says not to give directly but we don't use bottles?? thanks

If you are breastfeeding then you need to express a small amount of the foremilk first (at least 10ml ideally) You add 4 drops to that and give to the baby (we use a syringe) Then you breastfeed as normal. The foremilk has a higher concentration of lactose (around 70%) and the foremilk helps protect the enzyme once ingested so that it can work on the rest of the feed. Hope this helps.

Do you need to put it in 30 minutes before for it to work? If i add it like a minute before will it have no affect?

We don't wait 30 minutes and we've been using the product for months. It definitely still works for our little one

Can i use 2 drops in ready feed refrigrated milk and warm it afterwards?

My understanding from my sister in law (I am sure it says on the instructions too) is that the drops need to be in the milk for a few hours to benefit, she also used ready made milk, but put them in bottles with the drops in a few hours before she would run out x
