Natural Leave-In Detangler (Knot Today) 8 Ounces (236 Ml)

I love this product - it's a good, reliable leave-in with the right amount of 'slip' that curly hair needs to make the detangling process as manageable and pain-free as possible. It delivers consistent results - when I use it, I end up with shiny, moisturised, tangle-free hair that retains its natural curl pattern (I have 'natural' afro hair, with a loose curl pattern in the front and middle, and tighter curl pattern in the back and sides). I like using this conditioner for the 'Kimmaytube' recipe, by mixing it with aloe vera and oils... it's my favourite way to use it and makes it last a little longer. It's a bit pricey, but I like the fact that it's all-natural and does a good job of nourishing and refreshing my curls when I use it.

This is a good product with a lovely smell. I used it on my natural hair and my kinky Brazilian hair weave. However the downside is this product is very expensive and does not last long. I extended the use of mine by mixing with water, but I think I will give a cheaper product a go before I order anymore.

This coupled with the Kinky Curly custard is an all round winner. I have literally at the age of 50 finally found something that leaves my curls defined. I add oil on top to keep in moisturised. I have 4b/c hair. The draw back is is that it is somewhat expensive and you do get through a lot of it but it seems to be the only thing that works for me. Give it a go!

I am still unsure with this one. it is a nice conditioner with good slip. A little goes a long way for me (i have fine 3c-4b hair). I like the fact it does not contain protein and glycerine which my hair does not like too much. My problem is the price. I am not sure I love it enough. Bottle is small so even though i don't use that much it still will finish within a couple months or less. Giovani direct leave in is about £6 cheaper and that is pretty comparable to this one. I think i will be experimenting with other leave ins before i make this my staple product. However if Kinky Curly does become more widely available in the UK,hopefully price will go down and i can be more at peace with purchasing it.

Very disappointed with the fact that the lid was half unscrewed and inner seal was broken. How I am supposed to know if the product is genuine? Is it safe? Has it been diluted with something else?

My hair is type 3a curls, during the winter it needs a lot more moisture so this gel is perfect, its not too thick (i apply when wet) and it leaves my hair smooth and lightweight when dry. No stickiness and no flakes and has a lovelt scent. Iv sworn by this product for more than 3 years and never dissapointed. A small blob goes a long way!

At this price, I expected this to work wonders. However, I found that it doesn't like my hair. I used a 10p amount for one half of my hair, and my hair was left feeling dry while it was still wet, so I knew it would remain that way once my hair was dry...as it did. I wanted to try it again to be sure. This time I worked in sections, and used a small amount per section. Yes, it did detangle any knots which may have been left from the detangling during the conditioning part of my hair wash, but it still felt dry. I had to endure dry hair, frizzy ends, and frizz on the crown for the week, which wasn't pleasant. I also dropped the bottle, and the top smashed, so it's now hard to squeeze out. Btw, my hair is shoulder length, mixed 3c/4a and there's a lot of it. It's also low porosity.
