Prenatal Multivitamin Complex - Capsule, 100 Vegicaps

Great vitamins, took these all through pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. The ingredients are a lot more natural than other brands and I notice a difference in my overall health when I don't take thrm. They don't smell great and are quite large to swallow but I'll take that over something that's not as good as this.

I did a lot of research into doses of various vitamins and found that a lot of prenatal supplements, even other more natural brands, often had really high doses of B12 and folate/folic acid. This one however has the recommended amount of folate (and its folate, not folic acid, so the natural variation!) and also a reasonable amount of B12. This was important to me as I didn't want to be overloading baby unnecessarily. There was a study a few years back about effects of excess folic acid and B12 during pregnancy. The iron in them is also the more easily absorb able kind and won't constipate as easily. Anyway, I used daily for first trimester until about week 14, and baby is developing perfectly! I did have quite bad morning sickness but generally found I was able to stomach these vitamins. Only threw them up a couple of times. I'm now nearly in my third trimester and have just started taking again, as been having fatigue. So far they seem to be helping my energy levels. Definitely recommend! :)

Great clean vitamin, I have done a lot of research and these are great.

Good prenatal which I’ve been taking for the last 2 years due to it being a clean supplement. This recent batch purchased the last month has changed though, and I’m struggling with the smell of them and the taste which I’ve never experienced before.

Currently preparing my body for pregnancy for my twins in 2024 by Gods grace. Great vitamins, good version of folate and additional kale and spinach. I will come back and update later on in the year. My nutritionist natural path friend recommended this to me.

Great product that has everything you need and works quite well with my IBS if consumed with some food. They don't give you constipation or stomach aches nor do they make you bloated. Only downer, the smell and aftertaste is rather awful but I just try to chuck them down with a lit of water, quick and easy. Can't complain though and keep repurchasing them.

I am a massive health freak (or I was before I became pregnant now all I want is junk food) I tried the well known brands such as pregnacare, sanatogen etc but these pills just were not giving me the real nutrients by body needed and was used to. After lots of research I came across these, they are a life saver, natural nutrients, vitamins and minerals, no added nonsense and completely healthy for me and my baby with all the necessary vitamins- vit d, folic acid etc. Never buy a product with Vitamin A as this can cause birth defects, just eat carrots instead. I hope this helps all the mummys to be out there :-)
