Great item, makes a differce

I bought these as an alternative to perfectil max as I couldn’t find those on Amazon at the time. I’m really glad I gave these a try. They have very similar ingredients as perfectil max, but specifically designed for women. As a woman in perimenopause, I like the addition of a calcium and vitamin D tablet. I’ve found that I feel more energetic taking these, and my skin, hair and nails are improved too. All 3 tablets taste fine and are easy to swallow. I trust this brand for good quality ingredients so I think they’re worth the price.

I was first recommended these in a heath food store where air was told that if I was looking for a good all-round multivitamin, this was the best value for money. Having three separate tablets does seem a lot to take in theory - but actually it makes sense to me that the vitamins I need are separated out. The vitamin content is good - it literally provides everything I need in a day without me having to think about it. I see it as the oil capsule providing brain health, the calcium capsule helping my hair, bones and teeth and the general multivitamin helping my immune system and making up for any gaps when I'm eating badly or run down. They all have the smell of a standard vitamin tablet but it isn't as bad as some I've taken in the past and I find them very easy to swallow and without a strong taste. There is also no real aftertaste with them either. For their price point, they seem to work well - my skin, hair and nails are consistently healthy - whereas before taking multivitamins, they would also say something about my lifestyle at times!

Good Product

These multivitamins are the best!! I have compared to other ones and these have more percentages of actual vitamins and minerals than any other. I have been taking now for over a year and wouldn't take anything else. My energy levels are great since taking these and I know they have helped with not getting colds or being ill in general. I always take before bed. Not sure if this makes any difference but that's what I do. Would highly recommend.

These are really good tablets. I've been taking for over a month now. I've noticed a definite difference in my nails - much stronger. My hair is really shiny too. Easy to swallow, not too big. I do feel like I've more energy too.
