Brought this for Christmas lunch, it worked very well and pleased to say it did what it said on the label. Very easy to clean and heat retained for hours. Excellent piece of kit. Easy to store and excellent price.

Brilliant was a real help does what it says kept food piping hot I used it for the Sunday roast top job.

It's brilliant.Easy to use. Kept food for Christmas nice and hot while other things were prepared. I can never get a whole meal to coordinate perfectly on time, to serve it all hot - so this takes the pressure off.I also found it can be neatly stored on the top of kitchen cupboards, in the plastic bags to cover the lids that it arrived in, to keep it all dust-free. I particularly like the choice you have of either 3 deep hot containers, or the one hot plate (without borders) to put your own dish onto. So glad I got it. for those times I need it in the year it's invaluable - and a really good price too.

I will admit I am no Chef. This was bought to help make a Christmas dinner for a lot of people and my oven wasn't big enough to manage it all at one go.It is good, gets hot fast keeps food hot (or warm, whichever you prefer), however, after my potatoes where in there for about 20 minutes they lost their "CrispYness" and went a bit soggy. Not sure if that's a normal thing to happen but never the less it took away something from me so I take away one star.Overall pretty worth it.

Works well but unfortunately, plastic lids are all cracking which is very disappointing. They are not of reasonable quality. However, the supplier has been very understanding and helpful.

Ideal for Christmas Lunch. Looks good on table. Easy to clean. Very pleased with item. Only thing I would like is a longer lead.
