Midoriya inherits the superpower of the worldโs greatest hero, but greatness wonโt come easy. What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested superpowers called โQuirksโ? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Being a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? The Hero Academy of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless? Midoriya has learned a few tricks from Gran Torino, but some things just have to be experienced to be understood. Even though heโs not ready, when the League of Villains attacks in the town of Hosu, Midoriya rushes to help Ida, who is engaged in a life-and-death struggle with Hero Killer Stain. Stain has some very particular ideas about heroes and their place in societyโand he means to purge the world of every hero he can find! Review: ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ - Funny, easy to read and interactive in parts Review: Best volume yet - 5 stars, best My Hero Academia volume yet. (SPOILERS, or at least small ones) - The volume concluded the awesome Stain Arc. I read it in two sittings. Firstly I finished the Stain arc (about the first half maybe of this volume?) and then went back the next night to... - ...A race exercise where we see our hero Midoriya's progress once again... - ...And the start of the final exams for our would-be heroes' first year at UA. Here we see some interesting situations, where our young hero students have to face off against their teachers. Putting Deku and Bakugo together was an awesome touch by Horikoshi-sensei. Well, that's about all I had to say about this one. I can't wait for Volume 8 and beyond of this amazing series!
