Another brilliant blade from Evolution
We are block paving a drive which is not square. Several cuts would be needed so I purchased this blade to use with my Evolution 210mm chop saw. It’s easy to cut and you can safely hold a pavior as the blade has no teeth so it doesn’t snatch like a toothed blade can do with timber..The cuts are clean and precise but you can also trim a block if it’s tight and you need to take off a gnat’s cock to make it fit.Highly recommended

Using it for extreme cutting (dense, hard, 76mm thick firebricks) and it's working like a charm!
In the process of building a piza oven, I attempted to cut the very hard and tough firebricks with the tried and tested hammer and chisel technique, which was an utter disaster - rough edges, broken bricks etc. Firebricks are way too hard for the traditional approach AND a seamless neat finish. I didn't want to waste another firebrick (they are £1.70 each!), so I started looking to see what I could find to work with my current power saws.Bought the evolution diamond disk (to match my Evolution mitre saw) and the results have been superb. Absolutely beautifully straight smooth edges and the ability to custom cut the fire bricks to any customised shape, angle etc. This is really important when you are building a curved oven!I would hazard to guess that this cutting disk is not recommended for firebricks, because they are so hard and dense, but so far, it has done the job admirably... I am halfway through and the disk shows no signs of bluntness or reduced cutting ability.I have also used a tip I found online, and that is to soak your firebricks in water for 90 seconds before cutting them. This both keeps dust levels low and lubricates and cools the blade at the same time.My only grip is that, because this is a 210mm blade and not the usual 255mm on my Evolution Rage, that it doesn't completely cut the bricks through, but leaves maybe 8mm uncut at the bottom because it can't drop far down enough. I knew this going into the purchase though and in any event, it's really easy to snap the bricks once the bulk of the cut is done and neatening up that small edge is really easy - or you can flip it over in your mitre saw and neaten it up with the disk again if you really want a neat finish.

Not Used It Yet
Good value for money - haven't used it yet so can't say too much more at the moment.

Cuts perfectly through roof tiles
I had some old roof tiles that I wanted to cut for a home-made tool store. They were quite wide so I had to use a plunge cut to get started but this blade did a great job and all edges were smooth with no chips. Fitting to my Evolution chop saw was very easy just not sure why manufacturers put the direction of travel on the blade using ink because it rubs off after the first cut.

Best Blade ever
Excellent blade for cutting everything. Cut through reinforced concrete gravel board and steel strips like a hot knife through butter. Highly recommended item.

limited cutting life
Found these diamond cutters, these seem to be an odd size so cannot be purchased anywhere else for the evolution machines. Thought being the genuine article it would have a good life especially as they are not cheap. Performed brilliantly when new but after cutting block paving bricks after about 20 cuts there was a noticable reduction in performance. I laid about 9 square meters of bricks and had to purchase 3 blades to complete the job. Wouldnt really rate these after this experience.

Good blade for a great saw.
The Evolution mitre saw has been great and one multi purpose blade has done a LOT of accurate cutting - built a whole garden building and much more. Thought id give the diamond blade a go for some tiling work. not a hot knife through butter - but pretty good. little bit of chipping around the edges hence the 4*
