Perfect, really helps with anxiety. I feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommended for people who suffer from anxiety.Update: 11-07-2017: they have changed the ingredients, previous one that I bought in June were purple, the new ones are brownish and don't work ... why have you changed them?

Have been taking these for a week now, and ...
Have been taking these for a week now, and do feel less anxious and not as tearful. Early days yet, but they do seem to be having a positive effect on my mood in general.

Did not help with my anxiety or insomnia. Only made me more anxious and tired. I had to stop taking them after a while as I was feeling better without them.
