This is my third purchase of the product. I've been using this protein for several months and am very happy with it. It is a good quality protein which provides a higher than average amount of protein per serving whilst being low in fat and sugar, something that is important to people with diabetes, like me. Since March I've been on a high protein, calorie controlled diet and have lost almost 3 stones, and this product helped me a lot, though this is NOT a weight loss product. It is a product that makes it much easier for me to achieve my daily protein goals, amongst other things. It has no particular smell and mixes well with water; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste, though the consistency is bit too watery and thus, to me, it tastes a bit bland. I assume that with milk, it would taste creamier, but I never tried it. Since I am on this diet and in order to ensure I consume the nutrients that I need, I add frozen spinach, carrots, fresh fruits and some nuts and seeds to my shake. It tastes much better than on its own. I split it in half and consume it for breakfast and in the evening. On occasion, when I know that I will go swimming, I also add creatine and it is amazing how easier my swim and post swim recovery are when I consume this shake. I have used different protein shakes in the past, but this one is by far the best I tried, in terms of effectiveness and how it makes me feel, it is a good value for money and I intend to stick with it.

Great product. I don't usually write reviews but I think these guys deserve one. I have had many of these over the years and most of the flavours taste great. I have had the Chocolate Mint = Great. Vanilla Ice Cream = Great. Chocolate Peanut Butter = Great. Cookies and Cream = Ok (ish). White Chocolate Raspberry = Great. Banana = Great. Strawberry = Great.Like I said, most of these are great tasting and low in calorie with a nice portion of protein. They work a better with Milk than Water. But I don't mind having them with just water. But, if your feeling cheeky on your diet and nutrition, milk works well.They are also great mixed in to Oats, Pancakes and Yogurts if your feeling creative. Just purchase them and enjoy.

Cookies & Crème flavour definitely stands out as one of the better flavours I've had so far, the others being Extreme Milk Chocolate Flavour and Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour. The taste is spot on—it actually tastes like a cookies and cream milkshake, just less sweet which I honestly prefer. It's something that's nice to have after a workout and it's nice to have so many flavours to choose from and work your way through. Only downside is in my opinion it's not the best flavour I've had and you have to pay slightly more money for less servings. 4 stars

Very very good stuff.I’ve known about ‘Whey Protein’ & this brand of the stuff for years I just didn’t know that it repaired muscle otherwise I’d have been drinking this stuff for years now & probably would have toned myself in that time, now that’s not toned as in Stallone just as in sufficient muscle.It mixes up well giving the powder & milk (in my case) a blitz with a hand mixer then popping it into a bottle with a circular ball shaped spring inside (pictured & purchased from Amazon) for when it settles in that drinking container.Sometimes it can leave a little bit of a sickly feel on your stomach when you drink it but sometimes it doesn’t at all but it always helps me with prolonged work situations like cutting the large back garden grass down & for other things around the home like that, I’ve also noticed a little muscle build & less aching on my hamstrings so all’s good really I can definitely feel & see a difference from as previously mentioned more muscle on my lower legs to less aching at the end of the day, I get the strawberry flavour which is very nice just to mention.

This stuff was so tasty. Made me feel full in the mornings and lunch time. Be careful though, I thought I never got a scoop with it but you do, its just planted at the bottom and I didn't know till half way down with a soup spoon lol.Honestly though people, its popular for a reason, this flavour was ok but didn't taste exactly like it says but it wasn't a bad taste so still happy. Mixes well too in water or milk. The durability of the case is premium too, nice and study, there was no leaks or damage.It was very smooth both mixing and swallowing.
