Our remote died. I think we spilled something on it, and the fact that we got this within a few hours is crazy. But also pairing it was so easy. You literally press two buttons simultaneously in within five seconds it’s working. Love this television.

Works as advertised and quickly paired with Samsung Frame TV. I was hesitant to purchase this initially given the bad reviews, but haven't had issues so far.

I purchased a replacement remote for my Samsung Frame TV, after the Samsung remote also bit the bullet and would not work in bluetooth mode (which we need because we have an aftermarket frame on the TV). This remote connected just as the OEM remote did. The TV immediately showed a message saying the remote needed to be charged. Turns out this message popped up every time I used the remote, regardless of whether it has been charging all night via USB-C or even still connected to the charger. I returned that remote and ordered another. Same problem, only after about 2 weeks the remote stopped working all together. The Samsung remote is bad, and these knockoffs don't appear to be any better.

After my 10 month old got ahold of our Samsung Frame TV remote and broke it, I ordered this one. It arrived in a day, and was so easy to charge and use. Once I got it out of the box I sat it in the windowsill to let it charge, pressed the power button and it immediately connected with the TV and was ready to use. Not set up required! Couldn't have been easier, plus it looks exactly like the Samsung remote. 10/10

This remote is a good backup for Sony Bravia TV. No delay time so far. The Home button works fine to get you to your streaming apps. The Google Voice Control button does not work. Neither do shortcut buttons for Prime Video and Youtube. If those features are important to you, skip this remote. If you just need something to take you to apps via Home screen, change channels and control volume this is a nice remote.

Gets the job done and functions just like the original. Only difference from the factory remote and this one is the sound the buttons make. This one sounds cheap and clicks more (if that makes sense). But, honestly, who cares. It’s a remote. I’d buy again in a heartbeat.

You have to click couple times the buttons to get to change channels or up and down volume it has not that good for the price there selling this product.

I was Actually really mad and about to leave a bad review about it stop working and would never charge. What i just Realized was it takes usb c but it won’t work in the apple block. Once i plugged It into a usb c outlet on my extension cord it lit right up and connected. So, I’m mad I’ve had it this long and it wouldn’t work, and there’s nothing that suggests this. But i was Hoping to help someone!
