This supplement was delivered in the afternoon; the instructions say to take 2 capsules a day with food. I took ONE capsule with dinner. I played a few games of chess with my wife and did notice more focus and clear thinking. When it was time to go to bed tho, I noticed that I wasn't tired at all. I decided to try to sleep anyway. After laying there for 3 hours without sleeping a wink I got up and went in the living room to watch some YouTube videos. 4 hours later I'm still lying on the couch trying to sleep with a podcast playing in the backround. The sun comes up and my alarm goes off and I have to get ready for work with zero sleep. So I'm writing this on my lunch break the next day and I'm still not tired. It's weird. I don't know what's in this that is preventing me from getting sleepy but I'm fine today. I've had no caffeine- It's not like I'm jittery or high or anything, I feel totally normal like I had a normal night's sleep last night. It's going on 18 hours now since I took the capsule and no sleepy feeling and no crash yet. That's my experience, take from it what you will.

This stuff is amazing! I take these in the morning, as they do increase energy. My brain fog is so much clearer, and I feel much more alert! I prefer to take with a snack to avoid a stomach ache, but I haven't tried on an empty stomach. If you need a brain boost, this is it!

Other reviews mention the seal was not properly sealed on the bottle. When I opened mine I couldn’t tell if it popped as soon as I opened or if it had not been sealed at all. Decided to take a chance as I live at elevation and things can inflate from lower elevations. It felt good the first couple days - had more energy, was more relaxed. By Day 4 - noticed i was constipated, throat was scratchy - had cough, now feeling woosy and stiff (like incoming headache). I have only been taking 1 pill with food and water at night every day. Think I’ll stop taking it now. But I always wonder if my body just needs to get used to it…

I like this product. I take 2 capsules daily, as recommended, and I have noticed a difference in my short term memory. I can retain things a little longer, recall things better.
