this book is perfect for anyone in love with winter and/or christmas. the illustrations are magical and steeped in nature. susan jeffers is a favorite illustrator of mine and i think this is one of her best works. i bought this book last year for my infant grandson, the storyline is simple and it is fun to watch for the forest animals helping santa.

We all know the song but the illustrations in this book are amazing! Forest animals are camouflaged in the snow covered woods making a fun seek and find activity as you sing along.
