Better than expected
A simple kit, very easy to make, with very tasty results, just avoid leaving the onions to sit with the spice mix for more than the stated 5 mins, this is my second purchase, good product.

As good as a top restaurant
I’ve been making my own curries for years and tried many many different recipes to get the starters right but never managed until now. This sachet is perfect and tastes the same as you would get in any good restaurant. In fact my friends were convinced I had cheated and been out and bought some and reheated. It wasn’t until I took the packet out of the cupboard did they believe me. I would definitely recommend this product. I’ve bought numerous packs as go through them very quickly.

Tasty, but doesn't make enough
Taste was good - almost as good as my local Indian, and far better than my poor previous attempts using a variety of spices. However you barely get enough mixture to make 10 small-ish (golf ball sized) bhajis. Cost was £3.99 when I bought, which is a little pricey, but given the great taste, reasonable value for money. I will buy again, but two packs next time...

Onion bhaji
It was very easy to use but unfortunately like virtually all Indian cooking mixes and sauces etc it is NOT MILD. These people immediately think all Indian cuisine must be HOT. Not so people, I had stomach surgery a few years ago and I can no longer tolerate spicy food, this had to go in the bin the way of countless others before it.

Onion Bhaji Mix
This is an absolutely brilliant mix and they turned out really nice and just as good as takeaway or restaurant Bhajis.I deep fried rather than air fried so don't know what they would be like air fried. There are 3 sachets in the box and that's enough to make about 12 per sachet.
