Someone recommended that I try one of these feet and ankle braces, and said it helps. Well I’m glad I did! I ordered this item and put it to the test. 6 hours straight of Pickleball. The next morning I was surprised to find that my feet didn’t throb and ache as much as they would have previously. I will probably get another pair to have on hand.
