I see a lot of reviews about the battery packs. It clearly states many times that the battery pack does not come with the product. As for the battery pack itself, any battery pack should work. This is not a normal USB look but does still plug into a USB port. I simply looked through the description and it showed a 2020 USB cable and a 2021 showing that they've changed the look of the plug.

This vest is a great buy!!! We had to send ours back due to it not connecting to the charger-the price was broken.. but a friend gave us the same one and it’s amazing!! Keeps my husband warm in this crazy weather!!!!

The light just keeps blinking, the vest is useless.Update: Customer service was great on getting back to me and addressing my concerns. A new vest has been sent free of charge. I’ll update this review in a few weeks up I’ve have the vest for a bit.

Wire is good but connecters so uncomfortable, when you walking it’s unplugging, and pocket is not for power bank, fits good, works good, looks good,

I just received the vest. I like the material so far. I wear a 2xL all the time. I ordered a 3xL and it’s extremely tight! I haven’t used it in the field yet but it did work when I tested it. But the sizing is terrible!

I bought for my bf as a christmas gift (he works outside) and he absolutely LOVES it. He used it every day during the winter once he got it🤣.

I love this vest i have used it loads over the past 3 or so weeks and so far so good I dislike being cold but love being outdoors and didnt want to break the bank. It warms up super quick its really light weight so you cant tell you've got it on aside from a battery I think i orderd a medium and its slightly big (but im a prety small human) as it feels more effective the closer it is to the body i just wack another bodywarmer over the top it keeps the heat in better. The downsides are i cant seem to be able to switch mine off and leave it plugged in the light flashes and then have to unplug to switch back on and it doesnt work with a battery that works on my partners vest which is a diferent make but aside from unpluging it once i've switched it off which when your wrapped up is a small price if not slightly anoying as all round it has revelutionised my winter life just hope it lasts

I bought this for my daughter, and she absolutely LOVES it. Because of Covid-19, her school has been keeping windows and doors open, and her seat is right by a window. Even though she was allowed to keep her coat on, and even wearing (dress code compliant) layers, she was still cold. But adding this heated vest to the mix has kept her warm and comfortable. The vest is very thin (she jokes that she looks like a Walmart employee wearing it, and she's not wrong), and layers easily with her other clothing. It's not pretty, but who cares, when it does the job as well as it does.

I Bought this Heated Vest and Used it Today. I set it to the Blue Medium Setting ,The On/off switch Changes Colour Yellow Low , Blue Medium , Red Really Warm . I Have a Motorcycle and Turned on the Vest Just Before i Left the House for my Sunday Run. 140 Miles Later and i was Still Warm . I would Recommend a Power Bank of No Less than 10,000 Mah to Run the Vest the Power Bank i have was on the Last Light when i got Home after almost 5 Hours . This is an Excellent Well Made and Lightweight Product , I had a Tee shirt on under the Vest as it would be uncomfortable on Bare Skin , Will Buy again

Bought it for my husband ,he loves it ,he has another one but not as thin and as light, it keeps warm quite a long time. Don't have to keep it connected to the power bank all the time. I am gonna get one for myself for road trip in Canada woooko

After I connect this product to a power bank like the seller recommends and switch on the jacket then the button turns red. After it’s been on fir 5-10 minutes the on button flashes red really fast and the heat turns off. Not sure if it’s faulty. Wish it worked as described in the description as I was reall6 looking forward to wearing it outside :-(
