Perfect for someone wanting a foam roller that can really press into problem areas in the back. I find that this really helps with knots after using for just a minute or two and often as a bonus cracks my back all the way up. Awesome purchase and great to have the softer, smaller option as well to use if I need a lighter touch. For me the high density part is better than any other rolller I've used in the past.

I have 3 different brands of fascia rollers. This has been the best and most reliable roller, the option of having 2 compact firmness styles makes it great for travel.
