Healthy pasta, hope it coms back
Good quality high-fiber pasta with a good taste and texture. Unfortunately it seems to be discontinued for now, which is a pity.

Try it. You'll never go back to traditional pasta again
I have been eating Dreamfields pasta for over 5 years. I have served it to others who had no idea that they weren't eating traditional pasta until I told them. My family actually prefers this brand to all other pasta. It has ruined them. Now regular pasta tastes starchy and gummy to us. The low carb count, high fiber, and high glycemic index allows us to enjoy pasta without the sluggish feeling one gets after a heavy, carb loading meal. I feel full but light after eating it. This brand cooks up just like traditional pasta. It is not grainy like whole wheat. You just have to be a little more careful watching it to al dente stage. It goes past that stage faster than regular pasta. I don't know how they make this delicious pasta, but I hope they never go out of business. They make many, many varieties. Unfortunately, it is getting harder to find it locally. I am so thankful Amazon carries it with several varieties on subscribe and save auto ship

They say low carb, I have no way to test that. I will eat pasta anyway so why not take a chance and watch my weight. Its a fine product as far as taste. Cooks up nice, light, filling. Made a cold salad with tuna, hard eggs, bell peppers, onion, celery, mayo and spices and a hot dish with a white sauce containing baby clams and shrimp. Everyone who tried it , loved it and all noticed how nice the pasts tasted. It most likely won't change your life ( myself I was hoping for a statue ) however if you can be satisfied with a lot of greatful eaters, by all means buy this product. If its low carb, Icing on a great cake. I am not a professional cook, but I love good food, and this fits that bill to a "T".

Lovely and Light
It's lighter in carbs than most other pastas which is important to me as I am diabetic. But it's getting harder and harder to find in retail markets where I live
