It has the STL 16 Chinese movement which has generally had good write-ups. Pagani does not offer a Seiko or Miyota movement with this watch. I would pay extra for a Seiko movement if it were offered. I set the time with my cell phone clock. So far no issues with keeping time. Links are adjusted by removing the link screws. A screwdriver is provided. It is a little tedious process but not difficult. For $100, you get a very nice watch that does not look like a cheap copy of the "real McCoy". My only disappointment is that a Seiko movement is not offered. It would be worth the extra cost. I did buy the same style from another manufacturer and don't care for the integrated bracelet. You can't replace the bracelet and it was pulling the hair on my arm. This one might be made better. From another seller I saw the specs on this watch, and it listed the face at 40mm. (without the crown) Hopes this helps. **Q: Can the strap be replaced with a 20mm silicon one?** A: Yes, although it won't be a quick do it yourself kind of thing. At each lug, there are those clamp attached bracelet holders that have to be flipped up to remove. Sounds easy, but it's not. You can scratch up the watch back pretty easy as those clamps are tight.
