This Serum arrived only half full with serious leaking issue. But worse than that it caused serious pimple breakout on my face. Yet I couldn't get a refund for this

I found this really good for moisturizing my very dry skin. Was disappointed when I tried the other products of this make as they made no appreciable difference to my skin and therefore I felt a bit overpriced
