If you're plus sized like me, with your most curby feature being your hips and butt, you may be worried this won't drape or flow off of you quite right. This was my worry. I am a size 14 in pants, and 195lbs. I also just had a baby 2 months ago and am a 38DD while breastfeeding. This dress fits PERFECT. I got the XL, and it is just a little bit loose on me which is exactly what I wanted. I wanted it to flow from the waist down instead of cling, and it does just that. It looks the way it is supposed to. So if you're around my size and want it loose and flowing, XL, if you want it more form fitting, I suggest a large. I'll update my review with a picture for the ladies who are plus sized like me.Also, I just wear white underwear, I did not buy a slip or anything. It works good for me. The fabric is slick, it's not a cotten feeling, but I like it. It's smooth and feels good on. It isn't exactly as pictured, but on Amazon, not many clothes are. However, it's beautiful and it's my new favorite article of clothing.Side note, it's not the most breastfeeding friendly dress.
