Cast Iron Fajita Plate, Steak Platter, Skillet Pan (8 inch)

Nice quality iron pan. I preheat it on the stove while preparing a tortilla pizza on the counter. When done, I place the pizza on the hot pan and into a preheated toaster oven on the low rack. The pan will be very hot, so you will need to have a metal pan grip to make the move from the stove. Amazon has these, and I would recommend buying one at the same time. It's very easy to clean, usually with a paper towel. I coat it with a little olive oil before use. This is a nice item to have if you want to make tortilla pizza in the toaster oven.

My brother-in-law turned me on to these for use on the grill/smoker. They are just the right size for one of our favorite party apps… smoked cream cheese. Two blocks of Philly fit on each one nicely. Just cover with some heavy duty foil before hand and boom, easy cleanup and no worry about removing the seasoning between uses. The quality is good for the price, and they have a nice finish to them. Season them anyways. They have a nice lip to them and don’t seem to warp even though they are not very thick or heavy. I have yet to take them up to higher temps for actual cooking.

Finally my search is over. Trying to find a cast Iron pan to fit my small kamado charcoal grill has been a year long task. This is not the brand I wanted nor is it the highest quality/grade Cast Iron but I’m so happy to have found it. The size is perfect for my needs. This pan is 9’’ and my grill cooking area is 9.8 After the first use, it was easy to clean and looked great but the 2nd time I used it, it became charred and impossible to completely clean. I’ve used cast iron for years and never had this issue but it’s still useable and I don’t regret my purchase. Marinated mushroom protein topped with garlic, Pico de Gallo and grilled onions…..sooo yummy.

Used it once on the grill for 10 minutes and the coating started coming off very disappointed

Cast iron tray, perfect for pancakes or tortillas... I have been using it for everything to get it seasoned well. Of course, there is a burn-off on first use so open the windows and turn on the fans... All in all, it is a good product and does what I need. Would be cool to have the wood holder if one were to use it for fajitas and serving but that is not what I needed.

Multifunctional stovetop or oven

I wanted a small cast iron plate to craft pizzas on in my air fryer. Divine providence led me to choose this one. I seasoned it with grapeseed oil on the stovetop once, and it got some brown spots on it, but it was a cosmetic issue. It was perfectly seasoned. The crust slipped off the surface like ice. Perfection. The crust was perfectly baked. Restaurant quality. I am absolutely delighted with this cast iron griddle. Highly recommended.
