I've made a few sets, using these molds. I actually bought another set, because I've had several co-workers ask me to make them chess sets. These have held up very well. Once I got the hang of how to fill them, they've been a breeze to use.

I had my doubts, but as long as you get the air bubbles out they work really well. The detail is awesome. The chess board itself is something to be desired.

It works great. Be patient and don't pull to hard when removing pieces. Kind of try to roll the piece out of the mold. It works great and I love the detail. Some pieces are not perfect due to human error but I still love it!!

Chess piece molds look nice and would work fine, but the board mold is warped too badly to function. Gonna have to return.

I was skeptical about this set as many reviews said they were difficult to remove from the molds. The more detailed pieces took a little work, but overall the finished pieces came out easily.I was also initially concerned about the size. The chessboard mold I use I a little smaller than average. The finished pieces fit perfectly without being too big. The designs are attractive, and the storage container is definitely a plus. However, the cherry on top is that I don’t have to spend hours gluing all the pieces together! (If you know you know).Very happy with this product!

The molds are sturdy. Some pieces are hard to remove but I discovered if I get my thumbs between the mold and the piece they are easier to remove. Kinda like peeling an orange.

Kind of hard to remove because it has a wide little brim in the middle. But in terms of results, the mold is great :)

I LOVE this mold set!I’ve tried 2 other chess set molds that failed miserably. Besides the fact that this set is full size and is a whole piece (instead of having to glue 2 half pieces); it’s easy to de-mold and I feel the white/clearness of the silicone makes it easier to find bubbles.In the listing with the photos, there’s a video showing how to squeeze bubbles from the bottom... do that! I found that squeezing the bubbles up and blasting them with the heat gun (I wouldn’t use open flame on these molds - it may burn the mold and it will adhere to the resin), then slowly roll it back open - I found that squeezing then just releasing made more bubbles. I have a few micro bubbles on 2 of the pawns, these were the last 2 I made and I think I was just going fast cause I needed to go to bed!The only problem I’ve had - and it really was my mistake! - was when I was de-molding my first castle piece, I accidentally grabbed one of the ‘legs’ of the stand and ripped it off. I’ve glued it back on and hope it works well that way!I’d recommend this to anyone! I just bought a second set tonight so I can make both sets at the same time!

Good quality , not too big not too small. Only thing to keep in mind while doing the pieces is to sqeeze the bottom for the pocket of air that is made while pouring ur resin cause or else theres a big chance you end up without a head /top on your chess piece . Other than that. Its good molds

The molds are nice i havent used the yet as they just came in today. In the pictures and what sold me on this product was that they came with a storage case for them and it didntso thats why im taking a star away

I bought a set on Aliexpress one time and the set wasn't full and some came bended because it's was only in a thin bag. When I saw this one, I was stocked cuz first, the set was full and the second picture shows that it comes with a box to keep the pieces intact and that's what made me buy it! Well it came in the mail with no box, only a bag.. Thankfully, at least the molds are not bend.

first set ive used that was 3d and easy to use , pieces turn out good
