I’ve just started two jobs where I’ll be in my feet for around 50 hours a week (NHS and Waitrose).I’m 56 years old and this is new to me so I was very concerned about the challenges of standing all day.I researched shoes to wear and after lengthy investigation into various options I settled on these and I’m SO glad. They are just excellent. They have a soft heel so they can be worn as a clog or a shoe and I wear them as a clog so I can slip them off easily. I haven’t worn them as a shoe as yet so I can’t comment.I also have a wide foot and they are also good for that. I wore them 5 straight days for my 50 working week the minute they arrived and needed no breaking in.My only slight negative is, with having a high arch, they initially feel as if they won’t fit comfortably. But being leather they have a bit of give in them and at the end of the week it wasn’t a problem.Relative to their counterparts on the market they also look good and are quite stylish for a practical shoe.

I ordered this shoe in hopes that this will be my new go to brand for work shoes, as most of the reviews seemed great. Purchased and selected 3.5 UK, but was sad to see a different size was sent over (5.5 UK). It looked fairly small so I thought maybe I'll be able to manage, but even with thick socks, it just wasn't the size I asked for.On the other hand, it looked comfy. It arrived promptly and was well-packaged, received in good condition as well. It seemed like it could well last a 13 hour shift of running around and standing, and as mentioned above, i think the fit is small for the actual size. Another thing that got me a bit iffy was how soft the heel part was - I get that it allows to be folded so you can wear it as a clog, but if you need it to work as a "proper" shoe (like me) I don't think it will be long until that heel becomes floppy.Other than that, looks like its comfy and of good quality. Just bummed out it wasn't the size I ordered.

I lost the count on the pounds I have spent buying shoes for work. I stand 10hr straight working. Rarely I stop for a 5min break, so my feet hurt badly everyday. None of the previous shoes I had were as comfortable as these. It was a very tight fit in the beginning, but they are now less narrow and fit like a glove. I just feel sorry they are not 100% anti slip. I work in a kitchen and the floor is constantly wet, and these are not very safe in that aspect, but I don't run around and usually I am very careful as to where I put my feet... But it's something worth mentioning. Despite them being wonderfully comfortable, they are not safe 100% in wet floors. But I won't trade them for another brand... No way. My feet feel much better at thr end of every shift.. Finally, what I have been looking for, for years!

I usually take size UK6.5 in Fitflops but I find I have to wear thick socks with these to stop the heel from slipping. Okay if you are using as clogs with the heel part down but I don't like clogs. I don't think it would have been a case of order a half size smaller either, because my toes would have then been pressed against the end. I think the heel on these should be reinforced more as that part is a bit too soft. They will be okay for Winter with thicker socks but not for Summer. Otherwise, well made and very soft feel. So we was looking for shoes for our daughter who has a wide feet an a high instep. The shoe was very sturdy and plain which is great for work and school however for us these shoes had to be returned. The bridge of the shoe is quite hard, she couldn’t get her foot in and after many attempts she got in with a push however the heel support is extremely flimsy which I thought would be great as she suffers from blisters however it was so flimsy that she just couldn’t get it to stay up and over her heel. So I would recommend these shoes for someone who has slightly/no wide feet with no high in step.

The most comfortable shoes. Recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I bought them. On my feet all day at work, and they make it so much easier for me. No foot aches or pains. Highly recommend.
