The wire on the "love" earring is a dark rose gold metal, and the hooks that go in your ears are the same metal. I can't tell what the metal is. The presentation is nice, definitely giftable, though I would have preferred to receive them in a box (earrings come on a card in a plastic wrap; bracelet comes in a linen bag inside a plastic wrap). I liked the little bag it comes in so you can keep it from getting tangled with anything else. When I first took it out I noticed the beads were alittle smaller than I thought they would be, but that’s not a bad thing. It fits beautifully wrapped on my wrist three times. Also, I love that when wrapped, the lava beads all line up it looks really nice. The colors are beautiful, and this basically goes with anything I wear. For aromatherapy, this bracelet is great!
