Great product for what i needed

Great barley
Great product. Really good quality organic barley. Also really like the company BWFO - Buy whole foods online. Not the snappiest company name, but a great company, which I have bought from many times over the years. Always high quality, always competitively priced, never had an issue with deliveries or anything else.

Nice product
Trying to follow a better diet and never had this before I thought I would give it a go, much like rice once cooked but with a firmer nuttier texture and flavour, it is a bit of a faff preparing it having to let it soak for a good length of time before cooking and then the length of time it takes to cook, I was not disappointed in anyway with this but I don't think I would buy again, I'll stick with my brown rice.
