Great tool for the price.
Surprisingly NICE! I like it. Adjustable tension. Ratcheting and not releasing until done. The release lever does work if you squeeze grip tighter to untension the pawl.

This crimper works great. There is no slop in the joints,

Works ok but.....
It seems to crimp tight but the terminal your crimping get stuck in the tool to the point the terminal gets all bent up when trying to remove it. I helps to reduce the crimping pressure and still sticks but not nearly as bad and still maintains a tight crimp. It's an ok tool overall.

More leverage in the ratchet function

Sturdy, solid, and easy to use
It is a solid crimper and easy to operate with one hand. It is ergonomic and fits well into my XL hands. A quick squeeze released the security latch. The ratcheting mechanism allows me to hold onto crimps and partially crimped cables while handling other things. The crimping itself is easy and does not require much power. It is maybe not the best for very small hands. There is no colorcoding for different crimping slots, but I can live with this.
