Not for science use
I wanted this for a kids science experiment where you cover kitchen roll in hydrophobic spray and dunk it in a jug of water only for it to stay dry! 😂.This stuff has an oil or added bits to work better on cars I guess.

Good for a quick detail?
In my eternal quest to try different products for detailing I bought two cans of this. It is very easy to use on all parts of the motorbike and does leave a good gloss finish. It will not replace paste wax for my thorough detailing regime but I carry a can in my top box for a quick detail when out with the bike on my travels. It also works well on my pedal cycles and gives a good finish in a short period of time. Will not provide the sort of hydrophobic qualities of a paste wax or sealant but will definitely bit again for maintenance cleaning.
