Trim Healthy Integral Collagen

I have been using this collagen since 2018. I put it in my coffee, oatmeal and cereal. I use 1 1/2 TBS daily. My hair, skin and nails are as healthy as a 16 year old. It has reduced pain in my joints and given me general all over good health. I went through several months of GI issues this year and my hair was falling out by the handful. I resumed taking collagen after a couple years of not taking it and within a month I could see a difference in hair loss. If you are on the fence about this product, do yourself a favor and try it, you will see a difference before you finish the bag.

It’s hard to find good collagen without added Vit C or other vitamins. I can’t take Vit C or B due to the acidity. This is just collagen. It works like a charm on my skin and gut without the worry of side affects of added ingredients.
