One of the reasons I had a weekly manicure/pedicure was that it allowed me to sit in a great massage chair and relieve the stress from sitting at my desk all day. I ordered this massage cushion based on the positive reviews to see how it compared to the plush chairs in the salon. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. For the first time, I liked how simple it was to use. I plugged it in and placed it on my office chair, and it worked immediately!!! There is a demo button that explains the various cycle options. The relax button is my personal favorite. When this button is pressed, the spinning vibration will focus on that spot and, if desired, focus on a deeper massage. The heat is subtle, not as intense as a heating pad, but it is a welcome addition in a chilly office. In addition, the vibration of the seat improves blood circulation after extended periods of sitting. Do you want more? Simply press the power button once more! However, for a massage near the sacrum, I could have gone an inch lower and possibly an inch higher to reach the neck. I'm 5'1" and think you'll prefer a slightly longer reach if you're tall with a short drop. Nonetheless, the massage is intense, and you can lean back against the chair. This is very similar to what you'd get from a very expensive massage chair, in my opinion. This product is fantastic!

I am 5' 3" and fit nicely into the cushion. I need the massage for my fibromyalgia so it works okay. The memory foam wasn't as noticable to me as others mentioned. There is a nice velcro pocket in which to store the control. The heat works very effectively. This is a moderately priced item and it is worth its price unless you want lots of targeted treatment. It is good for an all over work out. I was able, nowever, to turn and zero in on places which required the most attention. I think it will help me keep the fibro in control.

It started making a loud noise very soon after I bought it and the things that make it vibrate make it super uncomfortable to sit on

The seat itself is soft with memory foam feel and the size of the seat on the back and on bottom of seat covers in full.The heat is soothing for the stiff muscles after the day-long tiredness. Heat on too of powerful vibration makes feel better fast.The remote is User Friendly to use with ease. Multiply modes of function for as needed massage and heat makes it useful for the whole family with different settings for everyone as per their needs.

The seat section is to short and doesn’t fix my car and the mounting straps are too short as well

Finally got the massage pad, which is more convenient to store. Can be used on sofas and chairs, or put directly on the bed to sleep. It's comfortable to turn on the heat button when it's cold. It is very convenient to use. It does not take up space when put away. The buttons can be operated with one hand. The operation is simple and the strength can be adjusted by itself. it is too worthwhile.
