You will have to manually sew these in...l am not a fan of them at all.

I didn't know they had to be hand sown on. I sent them back.

I was so excited when I found these little clips because they might be the solution to a problem of long-standing. The elastic in many of my pants has worn out and consequently is too loose. Sewing tucks into the waist band takes time and never ends up producing an attractive result. I looked at other types but decided that those others are just ugly. These clips are clearly much prettier. BUT they turn out to not be what I expected. If I had done a better job of reading the description before I hit the "Buy Now" button, I might not have done it. These clips have to be sewn on. Good thing I can sew.

I didn’t see these advertised as sew on, I will still use them but it’s a bit more work to adjust than I was looking for.

I bought skirt which was big in me so i used these clips and it fits me and looks chic . People thought it was skirt design

Not durable enough for jeans and very complicated.

These are so much better than the press/stud versions out there! They are not difficult to sew on, and the end result is worth the effort. My daughter received some school uniform skirts that are a little too loose around the waist, and these clasps are cute, small and perfect for improving the fit of her skirts. And when she grows, I can either reposition them, or just remove them altogether to use on another item.Only downside and my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is that one of the 8 pairs is missing 1 half, :( but given the price is so good, I chose not to return them.
