I have been using my Foreo Luna 4 daily for a couple of weeks now. My skin texture has improved so much that I have had friends and family complement my skin. My face looks much brighter and less bumpy. The Luna 4 is easy to use, but it is a bit frustrating to HAVE to download an app to use it the first time. The app registers and activates the unit and allowed me to customize the length and intensity of the vibration. After customizing I deleted the app.The Luna 4 is very simple to use. Turn it on and it will go through its cleaning cycle. The vibration will pause when you are supposed to move onto the next section of your face. If you double click the button it will vibrate more intensely. After washing my face I like to use the higher vibration setting to help remove any lingering dead skin. The silicone bristles are very comfortable.

I'm a fan of Foreo products and was very excited to get to try this device. I like it a lot.I have mixed feelings about having to scan the QR code to get the app, and then scan the device barcode to register the device before being able to use it.On one hand, it does force you to register and get the warranty established - which is nice since I often forget to do that. I would not want to forget to do that on an expensive device like this. So on that aspect I think it's good. It comes with a 2 year warranty.On the other hand, it's a major headache to get started. First of all the QR codes printed in light grey on the side of the package are almost impossible to scan. My camera just didn't register it. Usually my phone camera is pretty decent at those (it's a galaxy note 20, so it's not too old). I was able to get it scanned finally after using a QR scanning app, specifically for scanning QR codes, instead of my camera. After all that, I then discovered that they have printed a QR code in black and white and inserted it into the storage bag. I wish I had seen that first, before going through all the trouble of scanning the light grey one.Then once you download and register an account, you have to turn the device on, and also scan the barcode on the bottom of the device. You also have to enter the date of purchase, and a photo of your receipt. Thankfully the device comes with a charge (about 75% full).Now you can - finally - use the device.The app allows you to control the device. But thankfully you can also just push the button on the device to activate it and use it. I was relieved to discover this because I don't want to have to open up an app on my phone every time I want to wash my face. I also don't want my phone anywhere near my sink when washing my face.So, I have mixed feelings on the app.The device itself is nice. The massage parts that touch your face are very soft. Softer than I thought they would be. It's quite relaxing. I do notice that my hand that I hold it in feels a little numb from the vibrations (just a silly observation - it's not disturbing or anything).Overall I like the device. The app part was more of a headache than anything, but I appreciate that it forced me to get my warranty set up. I'm just glad I don't have to use the app every time I want to use the device.

Very gentle on my skin, but leaves it feeling soft and fresh. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Nice little addition to my nighttime routine.

Lasted 2 months.No warranty support.Support from their website tells you to register on their app. But you can't contact support from the app. And you can't use your app login on their website. It's an endless circle/mess.Also FYI they don't warranty your item if you keep it in your bathroom. (So don't mention that.) Total joke.Lastly, the app is junk.

I absolutely love this! Not only is its design unique and aesthetically pleasing, it feels great on the skin and cleans well.

Why??? Why do apps have to ruin everything? Why can't I just turn on a device? Why won't it work without a phone and an app, and a number, and a registration? Why does everything have my information?I hate it.That is my problem with the FOREO LUNA 4 mini Face Cleansing Brush & Face Massager. Yes, I didn't happen to read the outside of the box with the instructions to register my product before charging it and turning it on. Yes, I was puzzled when it DIDN'T work for five minutes. YES, I HAD TO FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE.Yes, I had to find the package IN THE GARBAGE and snap a picture of my code to register my Foreo. Which promptly didn't work. I connected it through Bluetooth. Just saying.As a word to the wise, when you receive your Foreo, immediately install the app and connect your device. It will make your life much easier.Anyway, the app will explain how the device works, and you will also be able to customize your cleaning ritual. I was able to instruct the device to take a little longer to massage and clean parts of my face in my T-zone that I usually spend a little extra time on. The app uploads your choices, and the Foreo remembers them. When you switch on your Foreo, it remembers the strength you decided you wanted, and the time you wanted spent on that part of your face.Welcome to our brave new world!Is this useful? I mean, I kind of remember the days when I could wash my face without involving multiple electric cords, an electronic device, fancy face-wash, an uploaded app that records personal information that it will probably sell, and my cellphone. Other than that, it's really simple and basic!I like this Foreo. The bristles are gentle and the pressure is soft. I like the gentle, rounded shape. It conforms well to my face. I am able to use it to hit all angles and indentations on the planes of my face, to gently clean my skin. And it feels so relaxing! I do feel like it's cleaning well.This Foreo claims to have hundreds of uses on one charge. I hope so--my old one needed to recharge often.As for the app, I'm deleting it. I'm perfectly happy with the Foreo just turning on.

Llevo un mes usándolo y noto la diferencia desde el principio. La piel está más limpia. No hace milagros, pero ayuda mucho. No he usado otros dispositivos de este tipo así que no puedo comparar. Es fácil de usar y se limpia fácil después de cada uso. Ojo! No trae el cable de carga. El tamaño es adecuado, no creo que uno más grande sea más cómodo. Lo compré con oferta y no creo que lo hubiese comprado a precio normal, pero me ha merecido la pena la inversión.

Hatte vorher den Foreo Luna mini 2, fande den viel besser. Musste ein neues kaufen da der Alte schon sehr benutzt war und es nicht mehr laden konnte. ( hatte ihn schon fast 4 Jahre benutzt, jeden Tag ). Die "Borsten" finde ich jetzt bei diesem neuen Model , zu kurz und zu weich, die Vibrationen sind auch nicht mehr so stark, und ich glaube, der ganze Foreo ist etwas kleiner als der Alte Luna mini 2. Schade eigentlich. :(

I had never heard of foreo before getting the opportunity to test out this facial cleansing brush and I was shocked at the price tag but when talking to friends they knew of the brand and said they had heard good things. The facial cleanser makes my skin feel lovely but I can’t say any better than cheaper versions I’ve previously owned. I find having to use it with the app just overcomplicates the use of it and really the app shouldn’t be necessary. I find it a nice size to hold, I also ordered the original sized one which I find too large to hold comfortably, the mini is much better. Good size for travelling it doesn’t take up much space. Lack of instructions via the app and none included with the cleanser itself. I had to google how to use it. I like the results I’m getting but I don’t think it’s worth the price tag you are definitely paying for the name.

I have the Luna 4 Go model that I really love, however the Mini version is the one that I favour.The brush comes in a hard plastic case. It comes with a dust bag, charging cable and a little leaflet. With this model it is necessary to download the Foreo app. The brush has 12 T-sonic pulsation modes, there is also a 30 second Glow Boost mode. The front of the brush has uniform tiny spikes, where the back they are more rounded and of different sizes. It’s super easy to grip and hold, the on/off/mode button is at the back. The current price is £151.20.The app is probably the biggest downside to this product. I wish this was optional rather than a must, the app is useful but my other Foreo works without it just fine, I don’t see why this can’t be the case with this model too.The brush itself works great. It’s so easy to grip. There is only one button which makes it super easy to use. The feeling during using it and after is great. It feels like having a good facial every time. The skin is glowy and super clean afterwards. I did definitely noticed improvement in how smoother and nicer my skin looked after.If not the fact that an app needs to be downloaded and used, I’d give this product 5 stars. I still recommend it because it works well, however be mindful that you will not be able to use it without having the app 👍🏻👍🏻
