I used to have a heater just like this one that lasted for years. Actually it is probably still working as it was accidentally left behind in a move. I was so hopeful that this was at least similar to the one I had before. It looks exactly the same but unfortunately looks can be deceiving.I bought this for a small bathroom that is always cold. for some reason this bathroom has no duct work, so no heat or air. I can deal with that all summer, but when it gets cold...I received this on Thursday. And sent it back on Friday. Just don't even bother. Right out of the box, the thermostat refused to be adjusted. Well I could live with that because it seemed to be doing a decent job heating up the room. An hour later when I checked on it, it had turned itself off properly, but it was pretty warm in the bathroom. I decided to try to lower the thermostat again. this is when the entire front of the heater caved in. It was slowly melting. I immediately plug that thing out of my wall socket and boxed it up to go back. No heater should be melting itself ever, but esp not when it has only been plugged in for a couple of hours. I have to admit that I have no idea if the remote is useful or not. But I definitely do not recommend this heater to anyone who is fond of their home. Just don't do it. DO NOT BUY!!I wish I would have thought to take a picture of the front before I sent it back, but I just wanted it out of my house

Returning. No fahrenheit - celsius only. Front was not cool to touch and could burn kids. Without little bump out/feet to hit the wall on the bottom the weight of it causes it to pull itself out of the socket. I can not recommend this product.

Does not want to stay pluged in wall and not enough heat.

We absolutely love this heater. I like this size, Just little bit falls out of the wall, but I just adjusted another socket so working, Love it!

I bought this heater because a coworker had it and I really wanted one, when it came, it was used. It was dirty, had scratches on it and even had hair stuck to it. I sent it back and ordered another one hoping to get a better heater, and the second heater that came was definitely used, It even had a fingerprints all over it. I do not recommend.

Just like the other review, it doesn’t stay in the wall. And it’s always recommended not to plus these type of things in to extended cords because they’ll cause a fire, so I’m going to return it. The price is great but to me, not really worth it if I have to get up every few minutes and plug it back in.

Besides the description being incorrect, unit falls out of power receptacle. Needs an additional wall support to supplement the difference of the lower part of the unit to the wall to alleviate the cantilever weight of the unit forcing it to disconnect from the receptacle and fall to the floor.

Almost started a fire!!!!!!! I followed the directions and tried to change the fan speed and it sparked a bunch and then started to smoke so ripped it out of the wall!!!!!!
