One of mine got stuck with epoxy and I want to replace. Tried emailing but no response yet.** A: Try soaking the bearings in acetone to remove the epoxy. You'll need to oil the bearings again before u use them. **Q: Is it quiet?** A: It’s not completely silent but it’s not loud either. I had it running in my living room and with the tv on I couldn’t hear it. **Q: For those who purchased, how well is it holding up after 2, 4, 6 or more months if use?** A: In all honesty it was great at first but over time it stopped being level and not turning as well as when I first bought it and after a year I replaced it with one from a turner business. I had it for a year before I replaced it and didn’t use it all the time so I was bummed it didn’t last as long as I was hoping considering I was using it maybe once every 1-2 months **Q: What are the rpms of this turner?** A: I am not sure….they turn slowly. The bottom rivets that keep it together were all broken and some are even in the machine moving around! It looks like they were purposely cut off due to where there's scrapes on the machine!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only two complaints - one of the turners is noisy, the nuts are held in by little magnets *by K***D on Reviewed in Canada on 11 February 2024* Turner is very functional and is in another room, so the motor noise on one is not worth returning. Suspect will eventually cause that motor to fail before the others.The magnets to hold the long nuts in that hold the projects on the turner are strong but annoying to put on. Might be more convenient than screw on nuts for some people, but they like to leap off my fingers and attach themselves to other parts of the turner. ### ⭐⭐ Arm sits too high *by B***R on Reviewed in Canada on 30 October 2023* I loved these at first sight then quickly realized the arms sit in a slat they are not even so all the resin runs to the top of the the cup leaving a big thick area of resin. I tried taking the silver rings out but then the resin runs to the bottom of glass.
