Sognavo da tempo di acquistare la versione Esperto Abile, quella con l'aquila e il manometro in estrazione per intenderci. Guardo il sito del produttore e costa 1400 euro, guardo amazon e costa poco più di 1100€. Decido di acquistarla, dopo 3 giorni mi arriva un pacco che mi sembra piuttosto piccolo rispetto le mie aspettative, leggo delle scritte in alfabeto cirillico e delle targhette di magazzini polacchi. Apro la scatola e mi ritrovo un modello economico dell'Europiccola destinato ad un mercato dell'est con il nome "La Leva" [???], ma la cosa che mi sconvolge di più è che il polistirolo era rotto, gli imballi già aperti e richiusi in maniera grossolana. Era chiaramente un reso ricondizionato. Contatto immediatamente Amazon e dopo una settimana ricevo messaggio di rimborso per oggetto restituito. Le macchine a leva de La Pavoni sono macchine formidabili, ma se ne volete una contattate un rivenditore Smeg certificato. Qui girano delle "sóle".

Dieses Gerät war fehlerhaft, der nötige Druch konnte nicht erreicht werden. Die Kaffeemaschi e musste umgehend zur Reparatur, Zusatzkosten ca. 120 Euro

Ho acquistato l'articolo usato come nuovo, sono rimasto molto deluso dal prodotto che dopo pochi utilizzi ha iniziato a perdere la cromatura tra la leva ed il gruppo erogatore e il tappo in legno ha iniziato a scrostarsi. Dopo un mese ha iniziato a perdere acqua tra il gruppo erogatore e la caldaia. Ho effettuato il reso, grandissima Amazon che mi ha supportato. Un vero peccato perché il prodotto sarebbe molto bello ma la qualità costruttiva mi ha lasciato perplesso.
