Other magnesium supplements have upset my stomach but this doesn’t and really helps me sleep at night. Review: Really nice quality, no awful additives and fully recyclable packaging - It took me a long time to find Magnesium tablets that aren't full of nasty additives and chemicals. These seem to be very good. The packaging quality is fantastic and all fully recyclable (glass jar, aluminium lid, cardboard outer packaging), which is a must for me. I've been using them for nearly a year now. No side effects at all and my sleep has improved a bit so I'll keep going. Definitely recommended.
