Great product and super fast shipping! BUT, too costly for what you get.
Not a "bad" price for this feed, BUT, I recently found you can buy the same thing at the feed store in a 50 pound bag, (not 40) for $9.99. So, I bought 4 bags, (200#'s) for $40.00. Instead of 1-40# bag for $35.00. The feed is good, but it's incredibly pricy. I'll be going to the feed store from now on.

Worst feed
Worst feed I ever bought! My chickens stop laying eggs, after I switch from organic feed to this junk.!!! For sure something is wrong with this feed. Because one of my chicken gave me three times small eggs (bird egg) size!!!!!???? Reason I switch, was try to save some money, but this is my lesson for life.

My flock's feed for life!
This is the only brand I feed my flock and I LOVE IT! I primarily use this layer feed for my flock but have also used starter/grower for chicks, feather fixer during molt season, and Nutrena's meatbird/all flock formulas when raising meat birds. Nutrena produces excellent feed. Non-medicated, high quality feed that is affordable (I get it at my local feed store for between $12 and $17 a 40-50# bag, I would NEVER pay Amazon's price of $1/lb). My birds have always been healthy, happy, and consistent layers of beautiful eggs. I have a flock of about 40 birds at any given time and couldn't be happier with Nutrena's feeds. I don't plan on ever feeding anything else!
