It makes items wet, but doesn't clean.
The product doesn't actually work. It doesn't do what it claims. It will make your jewellery etc., wetter, but there's no cleaning as far as I could tell from a visual pre and post inspection. I returned the product after 1 day, testing everything from rings to bracelets to even a mouth guard. The mouth guard usually soaks in some mouth wash, and the mouth wash smell (and a bit of the colouring) was still as present after the most "intense" 'clean' setting. Surface particulates were still present on all jewellery after all cycles. My initial 1-star review seems to have not posted or been deleted, so here it is again. I gave it a 5-star for "easy to use" because it's very easy to use, which is what makes it worse because it's so easy to use that it's impossible that user error could result in this product's absolute ineffectiveness.

Very disappointed with product longevity
We purchased this ultrasonic cleaner for the purpose of cleaning jewelry and eyeglasses. The product did perform as expected but for a very short time. We probably used it twice a week and it quit working at about the 6 week mark. I can not recommend this product or this brand. Very disappointed.

This works very well, & the price is great too! Works great on jack knifes, gold jewelry, & eye glasses!
