**Q: Can I connect 2 phones at once**
A: The LG TONE TRIUMPH™ Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-510 supports Multiple Connections and can be connected to a mobile phone and PC simultaneously or to an additional device while it is already connected to another device. One device is designated as the "Main Connected Device" and the other as the "Sub Connected Device". The device that was connected most recently is the "Main Connected Device" and the main functions work based on that device...^IFV

**Q: Where can I get the clip to hold the earbud wire, for this headset?**
A: I doubt that this clip is available as a replacement part. However, the primary purpose for this clip is to remove the stress from the wire where it goes into the housing.  I suggest using a thin strip of black electrical tape about an inch long and wrap it where the clip goes. Be sure to leave some slack in the wire between the tape and where the wire goes into the housing.

**Q: do they come with different size ear pieces?**
A: Yes, the headset( HBS 510) comes with a pair of extra ear gels (small). ^Daphane

**Q: Does't anyone understand what Blue Tooth Version means? Simple question, What is the BLUE TOOTH version of this Bluetooth tooth device?**
A: I don't have my product literature any longer, but the HBS-510 has been around long enough that is should be 4.4.

Works great when it is fully charged and you are within a few feet of your product. When you go some feet away say like walking into your kitchen from your office, you will hear a bubbling sound and it won’t pick up. Also, when it is not fully charged, it makes a weird bubbling under the water type of sound. Wish the range was further and also if it told you when the battery needed to be charged.
